ClipGOAT Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 1st, 2025

By signing up for the ClipGOAT Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“Affiliate”, “you”) and ClipGOAT (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To enroll, you must submit a complete and accurate application. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions & Payouts

You will receive commission for qualified purchases made by users who arrive at ClipGOAT via your unique referral link.

  • Minimum payout threshold: $20.00
  • Payout frequency: Payouts are generated 15 days after the end of each month for the previous month.
  • Payout method: PayPal

Commission payments may be withheld if we suspect fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activity.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Brand Bidding / URL Hijacking

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate status without payout of any pending or future commissions:

  • Bidding on branded keywords such as ClipGOAT, clipgoat.com, or close variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any paid search engine platform.
  • Displaying paid search ads that link directly or indirectly to clipgoat.com or any subdomain thereof, including cloaked or redirected URLs.
  • Using our domain or brand name as the display URL in paid advertisements.
  • Attempting to deceive users into clicking affiliate links by impersonating ClipGOAT or misrepresenting your affiliation.

We monitor this activity rigorously. Violations will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

3.2 Other Prohibited Actions

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails.
  • Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about ClipGOAT's features or results.
  • Promoting ClipGOAT on adult, illegal, or hate-oriented content platforms.
  • Cookie stuffing, click injection, or similar deceptive tactics.

4. Use of ClipGOAT Branding

You may only use approved ClipGOAT logos, banners, and media assets provided in the affiliate dashboard. Do not alter or misrepresent the brand.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. Violations of these Terms — especially Section 3 — will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

By participating in the ClipGOAT Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
